The development of programming under the RIVIAN standard. Robot programmers with excellent knowledge and experience in Fanuc robots and the RIVIAN standard for the integration and programming of 31 Fanuc robots. The commissioning took place in FFT Mexico (Puebla, Puebla) and ended at the Rivian client plant (Normal, Illinois).

Commissioning and programming of Fanuc Robots.
PROCESS
Loading and validation of OLP (off-line program), adjustment of UF (User Frame) and UT (User Tool), trajectory validation, collision zone validation, sealing and coherix calibration, DCS configuration, dry run, adjustments to achieve cycle time, automatic run without faults, Burst Build events, BuyOff by FFT and the client.
